In tandem with the upcoming Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship there will be a Rugby Seminar titled “The Rugby Athlete, Program Building, The US Pathway, & Olympics – Youth, High School, College & Professional” on Friday, June 3rd at the Sheraton Downtown in Philadelphia. Registration opens at 1:00PM with the first panel kicking-off at 1:30PM.
Presented by some of the most recognized and accomplished figures in professional, collegiate, high school rugby, the Rugby Seminar will have a Q&A module so all attendees will have a chance to participate and ask questions.
Panel 1: Defining the Rugby Athlete
Discussion: Where does he or she come from, background, base metrics, training & recruiting the Rugby Athlete.
Panel 2: Program Building: High School & College
Discussion: Building bridges, how to partner within your university or HS athletic department/sports club, and ways to build value.
Panel 3: The US Pathway & Olympics
Discussion: Where does each coach and program fit in to building success and how each club, school, program, and coach should be thinking going into and coming out of the Olympics.

Registration is open to up to three (3) coaches/administrators per college and three (3) coaches/administrators per high school. Each participant will be entitled to a Saturday ticket to the CRC, but must register by Wednesday, June 1st.
The Rugby Seminar is followed by a first free drink networking session sponsored by Rhino Rugby at the Sheraton Downtown Hotel Bar located in the lobby.
